Consider [O;v0-].[Cl;v0]. Marvin finds that the O has a valence error, but not the Cl. They should either both have a valence error, or neither should. (I would prefer the latter.)

Neither of the [O;v0-].[Cl;v0] atoms will have valence error in 5.7.
