Error Updating to 5.5.1.0 for Mac

When I run the installer for Marvin 5.5.1, the Setup Assistant suggests

Applications/ChemAxon/MarvinBeans

as the default destination directory.

Which seems correct to me, but when I click "next", I then get

This directory contains a different application. Please select another one.

What should I do?

My current version of MarvinSketch is 5.4.0.1.

Please, uninstall the previous version before install the new version.

Or preserve the current one and install the new one into another folder. In this case desktop aliases will be  updated (point to the new version).
