Use flip in Java API

Hi All,

I wonder if it is possible to use flip function in Java API. See http://www.chemaxon.com/marvinsketch-animations/structures/flip-horizontally-flip-vertically/

The CTransform3D doesn't have such feature.

You can write a method that converts all atoms' x or y coordinates to -x or -y.

well. Sterobonds will be wrong by doing this. 

Then convert each bold bond to hashed and vice versa.
