How do I control which templates are displayed by default?

I want to control which templates are displayed by default in MarvinSketch 5.5.0.1

Mostly I just want to add a Cycloheptane to the current ones shown. I want marvinSketch to open with that button visible and not require people to find it in the Template menu.

Can I do that on the client side in the menu configuration file? What is the syntax?
