Open flex file with this library?

Hello,


I have to open a flex file and extract all the tiff image.The flex file is generating by an Acapella software in a microscopy.  I am searching through the internet how to open this file and I come across with this site looking for a pipeline pilot component I thought can do the work.


is posible to do that with this software? or this is not the purpose of this software?

We do not support .flex files.


We mainly support file formats describing molecular structures:

I suppose some Adobe tools might help you as both Flex and TIFF seem to be Adobe (controlled) formats:

I tought the same about the flex format but is also a especific file from the acapella software that Opera microscopy has.


It can be opened with this software http://www.macbiophotonics.ca/downloads.htm and because of that i tought in this forum knows how to open this files through .NET

Hi,


No, unfortunately Marvin cannot open image files unless it depicts a chemical structure (then it may be able to convert it using OSRA), or it includes the Mrv format (this is the case only if it was saved from Marvin, version 5.5 or higher).
