What format do I save a file in so I can re-edit it later? All the ones I've tried won't reopen in MarvinSketch. (MarvinSketch 5.4.1.1)

Marvin can load molecules that are described in those chemical structure formats that are enumerated in the following list in the documentation:
http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/help/formats/formats.html
Certain formats are more descriptive than other. (E.g.: SMILES can not store coordinates and query features but MRV can do that.)
MRV is the more descriptive format. It stores all information. I recommend this one.
If you have problem loading a concrete molecule file in Marvin Sketch, please, provide more information about the issue to be able to check it.
