Hi,
We are trying to integrate MarvinSketch in our current software suite, but we are facing some critical problems here. On Windows, almost every time, Marvin takes a really long time (could be 5 to 6 minutes) to start, or does not start at all. Sometimes, it works, but it is very very inconsistent. Even on your official server (https://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/sketch/index.php), it crashes, or takes minutes to start !
We have had the problem with the JRE 1.6.0.22, in every Windows Browsers that we are using (IE 8, IE 9, Firefox 3.6.15, and now 3.6.17, Chrome etc.). I have tried everything I have read in your forums (clear the Java cache, the browser cache, update the JDK, even avoid Java from storing cache on my hard drive etc.) without success.
Do you know anything about this issue, and if yes, do you have at least a temporary workaround ?
