pKa distribution table output

Is there any way to output the distribution table given by the pKa plugin to a text file? I am only able to output the pKa values.

There is no option in the menu of the plugin result window to save the output into a file.


I can suggest 2 workarounds:


1. Redirect the system output into a file then select the File->Write to Console option in the plugin result window.


You can do redirect the output if you start Marvin from a terminal- or command prompt window like this:

msketch > output.txt

2. Select the text and copy it into a new file.





Any of them is suitable solution for you?
