Hi,
Horizontal/vertical alignment and distribution of 2D objects is something I've been missing for a long time in MarvinSketch. You really need this if you want to be able to create goodlokking reaction schemes for presentations and publications.

The horizontal and vertical aligment was introduced in version 5.7. You can align objects/structures by selecting them then choosing the relevant option in Edit > Object menu.
