runtime error in JChem 5.4.0.1

I upgraded to JChem 5.4.0.1 and recompiled.  I got the following runtime error:

        at org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:70)

When I downgraded back to JChem 5.4.0 and recompiled, the error no longer occurred.  ???

I assume it may be a configuration problem on your side.

In JChem 5.4.0.1, chemaxon.formats.MolFormatException is located in MarvinBeans.jar that is part of the jchem package (jchem/lib/MarvinBeans.jar).

Probably, a jar file from an older version of Marvin Beans or JChem package  is left in your CLASSPATH that causes problem by compilation.
