Overlapping Bonds Checker in MarvinSketch

 

If we add "Overlapping Bonds Checker" to the list of Structure Checker checks, then simple cyclohexane fails this check.  Is this by design?

We are using MarvinSketch 5.3.3

It is not intentional, just a silly bug. It has been corrected already but the fix will appear in 5.4 only.
