If I could read the molecule you have drawn right, the IUPAC name is:
2,3,3,4-tetramethylhexane
If You need the IUPAC name of molecules, please check out one of our online applet examples, for example:
http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/examples/applets/sketch/embed.html
There You can draw the molecule You need, then open a pop-up window with the View/Source... menus, where You can see the molecule in many chemical formats - including Name -, just choose the format You want from the View menu.
