Hi, our users are seeing this confusing error box (see attached). They are tempted to click "Yes", which disables the application and throws an error stack trace.
How can I disable it?
Thanks,
-John David

Hi Istvan,
Thanks for your help with this. We are currently using the Linux installers "JChemWebServices-5_3_0_2.zip" and "jchem-5_3_0_2-linux.sh". From the links you provided us, it looks like upgrading the Marvin applets is all that is necessary.
Is this the correct place to get the latest applets? http://www.chemaxon.com/download/marvin/for-web-developers/
Is it possible to safely install the newest Marvin applets on top of our existing JChem installation? If so, are there any special considerations we should make to prevent this from breaking our existing install?
Thanks,
-John David

Hi John,
Yes, you have refered the proper installer. I recommend to prefer the full package option.
Both the tar.gz and zip archive distribution contains only the pure package. When you extract it, you got "marvin" directory.

Hi Tamas,
Awesome. That worked exactly right.
For users of JChemWebServices, you'll want to replace the "marvin" directory located in "tomcat/webapps/ROOT/" with the "marvin" directory extracted from the installer.
Thanks,
John David
