Hi all,
In newer versions of marvin applets I found a printing issue.
System Linux with CUPS server.
The printed chemical structres are of very low quality... seems scaled jpeg image. when printed from 4.1.9 version of marvinview the pictures are better (vector graphics) but atom symbols are shifted.

Which print option did you selected (print only a structure, the visible area of view table or all compounds in the table?
Have you used the desktop application or applet? If you use applet, did you invoke print command from the applet's menu or you selected the print option of the browser (print whole page not only the applet layout)?
Which java version do you use?
