problem dragging IUPAC into marvinsketch on a mac

I'm using marvinsketch 5.3.2 with Mac OS X 10.6.3. 

I have not been able to drag a IUPAC name (from Pubchem) into the sketch pad and when i've been able to do it, it doesnt convert into a structure. "cannot import molecule from this object" pops up.

Also, is getting the right version of JAVA (version 1.5 and 32-bit) important on a Mac or is the Java that comes with Mac OS X accepted.

Hi,

we have confirmed the problem, but we were not able to find out the cause in time, to put the fix into 5.3.3 because of the lack of capacity. We will keen on to fix it for the next release.

Until that time, you can use copy and paste, or save the names to a file, and open it, or open the source menu inside the edit menu, and paste the name into the opening window and use import from there.

Thank you for your patience, we will inform you in this topic when the fix is ready, and a release is out with the fix.
