I'm using Marvin 5.3.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.2. I tried to change the Save/Load Default Location preference in Edit->Preferences, but when I quit the program and run it again, the preference automatically reverts to the default setting. Another problem is that file associations doesn't work properly, as every time I try to open a .mol file in Finder, MarvinViewer launches but does not open the file I clicked. Is there any workaround for these problems? My java version is 13.1.0. Thanks in advance.
