Hi, Sir,

I use the sketch to input chemical structure on a aspx page. It work well when I debug on local machine, when I put on the website IIS 6.0, the template doesn't work any more, for example, from cyclopropane to benzene, but dibenzene works. the website link:

Dear Kywoo,

unfortunately I could not register to the linked web page to check the problem, but with IIS 6 the problem is usually that all file types should be registered first.

Please check this documentation for more details: http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/help/developer/applets/appletfaq.html#iis

If your applet tries to load a different file format (for example a *.t file), it should also be registered. In this case please tell us which format the applet is complaining about and we will help how to register it.

Kind regards,
Judit

Hi, Sir,

I added above to the mime types, but issues are there.

can you just visit the linked web, you will know what's the issue?

I just use the code from example in the page, and it's simple. The issue appears when I publish on the web server. It's strange that it work very well in development machines(I tested the page on 2 local PCs).

I can only see as in the attached image when clicking on the link.

The Marvin applet is not appearing. I tried to click on register, but nothing happens.
I also tried to register using the main page without success: http://www.pharmablock.com/Default.aspx

When right clicking the web page and selecting View Source, the code of the applet seems to be correct.

Can you help me how to access the problemmatic page?

Or can you please attach the error message that appears? (Or a screenshot of the error.)

I am happy to hear it works!

Yes, I used Firefox.

If I use its "Switch rendering engine" option that emulates IE, it works fine. (It is a Firefox add-on called IE tab.)

I tried with IE6 and it works fine with it.
