The menus in MarvinSpace 5.2.6, appear behind the view window on OS X 10.5.8 so it is not possible to select the spacefill display from there. Currently, I have to draw a structure in MarvinSketch, open in MarvinSpace viewer and then use a screen grab utility to save the image.
The spacefilling display on MarvinSketch 5.2.6 itself renders a very unsatisfactory sphere-type spacefill, rather than the van der Waals type, whereas, opening MarvinSpace viewer renders a good spacefilling structure. However, this view is not saved by MarvinSketch which only saves the original sphere-type image.
Thanks for any replies.

Dear Andrew,
Thank you for the bug report - sorry for the inconvenienece caused.
The menus required to select render style/image export possibly could be accessed blindly through the keyboard as a workaround. Screenshots attached to help this.
We will notify you in this topic when any progress is made with this bugfix.
Regards,
Gabor

Please be advised that the "menus behind the canvas" problem has been fixed.
