How to Generate SD Files

Our company is mainly custom synthesize pyrimidines, pyridines, and other heterocyclic compounds. We want a software to generate SD Files of substance. How can I find one?

Hi,

Marvin (http://www.chemaxon.com/product/marvin_land.html) itself can create SDFiles or convert other file formats to it (http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/help/formats/mol-csmol-doc.html#mol), but I guess you also want to store your structures in a database, so you either need Instant Jchem (http://www.chemaxon.com/product/ijc.html) or JChemBase (http://www.chemaxon.com/product/jc_base.html).
