Server Settings and Served MarvinSketch Applets

Hello all, I'm having trouble with MarvinSketch applets that I'm serving. Something in our server settings is causing bugs while drawing structures in MarvinSketch. In particular, none of the default templates for cyclic compounds work (with the exception of naphthalene) and bonds do not "follow the mouse" while mousing over the drawing area. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? What sort of server settings might be causing these errors? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

you have to extend the allowed mime-types for your IIS server.

Please check this question in our applet FAQ section and fix the allowed mime type list, after that our applets should work properly.
