LiveConnect solution for Mac browsers other than Safari

The only MacOS X browsers that currently have LiveConnect capability are Netscape 7.02 and Safari 1.2. However, an open-source browser plug-in called Java Embedding Plug-in has now been developed that makes Firefox, Camino, and Netscape 7.2 for Mac LiveConnect-capable. It's very easy to install.





I'm posting this tip here because our Web applications that use MarvinSketch rely on LiveConnect, and I thought others might have faced the same limitations.

Thanks for the tip. JEP (Java Embedding Plugin) is a good solution to add LiveConnect capability to Mozilla and FireFox.


Although JEP is a beta quality software, it seems to be stable enough to recommend it to users.
