Hello,
I recently downloaded Marvin and have noticed some strange behaviour in MarvinSpace.
Sometimes the molecule area goes blank (grey), especially if a menu is being accessed; a mouse click in the space reveals the molecule again.
This happens with low/medium/high quality settings and at different screen resolutions.
Is this a known problem and is there a fix?

Dear Tim,
Thank you for the feedback. We know about a bug
causing similar problems on other OSes, however not on windows XP. We
are trying to fix it in the next major release.
Could you please specify which Java version you use?

Hi Tim,
the recent version of MSpace, available in Marvin/JChem 5.4 and onwards fix this issue. Please let us know if you still experience either the blank screen or other problem.
