"Manage License Keys" tab on right click

On Marvin View; in the right click menu

edit->preferences->Licenses->Manage License Keys

You can manage the license keys and this is not a useful option for end users.

How can we drop that tab from the right click menu on Marvin View?

is there a file to arrange the right click menu  in marvin view???

i have seen that in 5.1.2 there is no licenses menu in preferences.

Is licenses menu in old version?

Hi,

it is possible to remove the Licenses menu item from the popup menu, but it is not possible to remove the tab from the Preferences dialog in the version you use.

From the 5.0 version the Licenses tab is no longer present on the Preferences dialog, you need to upgrade if this is important for you.

Removing the Licenses menu item is done by removing the whole built-in popup menu and creating a new customized one. The API provides methods to create most of the built-in menus, for example:
MarvinPane.setPopupMenusEnabled
MarvinPane.addToolsMenu
MViewPane.makeEditMenu
MViewPane.makeViewMenu
