I'm a newbie, so please excuse me if this a stupid question, but I can find the answer in the documentation.
How does one indicate the number of molar equivalents of a compound in MarvinSketch reactions? For example, if I want to draw a reaction that involves two moles of HCl for every mole of reactant, the only way I can please Marvin (no box around the reaction arrow) is to place two separate HCl molecules on the canvas, i.e.,
