We have the marvinsketch applet embedded in a webpage. What my scientist are asking me to do is once they draw a structure and want to save it as a MOL file or smiles when they select the save or save as option it would automatically save the file into a textbox that is located on the same webpage. Also when they search the database for files and find the one they looking for and have opened it that the structure would be displayed also instead of having to find the file through marvin sketch and the importing it. Your help is much appreciated.

Your request is not totally clear for me. Would you like to display the filename or the content of the file in the textbox? Please see this example. Is it close somehow to your request?
