atomSymbolsVisible not working in MView

Code:
          mview_param("rendering", "ballstick");

          mview_param("atomSymbolsVisible", "false");

          mview_param("viewCarbonVisibility", "off");

          mview_param("explicitH", "true");

          mview_param("implicitH", "off");

The MarvinView mview_param atomSymbolsVisible doesn't seem to be working.

When I feed it the SMILES "[H]C(F)(Cl)Br" it sets labels for F, Cl, and Br. Maybe I'm misuderstanding the intent of the parameter, but the docs say that this should "hide (false) atom symbols".

Dear Michiel,

unfortunately the documentation is not presice. The parameter works in 3D mode only where it properly displays or hides the atom symbols.

In 2D mode only Carbon and Hydrogen atom labels can be displayed or hidden but with different parameters.

We will correct the documentation and apologies for the inconvenience.

Kind regards,

Judit
