charges/text on brackets & radical

Hey, there are sometimes situations where I would like to add charges not to a specific atom in the molecule but add a bracket around the molecule and add the charge then to this bracket.

Furthermore when working with polymers it is often necessary to add an index to a bracket (n,m,..). Currently both is only possible when writing it as normal text and moving it then into the right direction, but it would be cool if there would be a possibility to add the charge without faking it as text.

Furthermore sometimes I also want to mark a molecule to be a radical (also on a bracket...) this of course doesn't work, too and as far as I know it's not possible to type a dot in order to make the molecule a radical.

Hello,

Charge can be assigned to the S-group and displayed on the bracket in Marvin 5.2. coming soon.

Drawing polymers with subscripts (m, n, o ...) is already possible in Marvin,

see the related chapter in User's guide:

Unfortunately, multiatom radical setting won't be available in Marvin in the near future.

Best regards,

Erika.
