disable pop-up rotate "saw blade"

I have the following additions in my customization.xml file, which seems to take care of menu-driven operations, but the "saw blade" pop-up tool for in-plane rotations persists. How can that be disabled?

I'm afraid there is no way to totally disable the function now. In case you remove the menu, popup menu options and the shortcut, the function still remains upon selection.





We have registered it as a new request and inform you when it is available.
