Scientific molname

ISIS Draw allows to generate the scientific molname of a given structure. Haw can we do that with Marvin or through JCHEM API ?

Hello, yes, there is a module under development that will provide the IUPAC name of a compund. It is addressing mainly drug-like molecules and can be used from the API, or from Marvin GUI or the command line utility (CXcalc).

That's good news! Are we talking weeks, months, or years before release, do you think?

Sorry being late, I somehow missed the forum notification. Hoping the alpha version will be ready in weeks, quite a few people are awaing it.
