Is there a possibility to install Marwin beans silent, to allow the IT department to distribute the software remotely?

Yes, it is possible. Run the installer with the -q option.

I actually have a few more questions regarding this topic.

After the -q installation, all created file types will be opened by MarwinView. I would prefer if the .mrv and .mol files were opened by MarwinSketch.

Do you have any options for this?

Is there a list of options usable for silent installation?

One alternative way would be a registry hack file which changes the file associations after installation.

I would prefer not to do it this way.

In the silent installation mode, the installer uses the default settings. There is no way to customize them.

We do not plan to change the default settings for MRV and MOL file association. Most of the users prefer MarvinView as associated application for these formats. If you need MarvinSketch, take a double click in MarvinView on the required molecule to open MarvinSketch window.
