Pointing a specific JVM for Marvin Applet

Hi,





We have a software requires JVM1.3 and cannot work properly on JVM1.4. But Marvin applet requires 1.4. So we are thinking about the install both JVM1.3 and 1.4 on the same PCs. Do you know how I can specifically point the Marvin applet to use the JVM1.4 instead of using the default 1.3?

Thank you for trying MarvinSpace in its early stage, and for the feedback. You can tell your browser to use JVM1.4 instead of 1.3, but every applet will use it then. If it is no problem, then configuration depends on which browser do you use. For example with Firefox/Mozilla/Netscape see http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/faq#q2.2


If you do not succeed, please tell us which browser do you use.





We will put information on the MarvinSpace page about setting Java plugin in browsers.


In the 1.0 release we will try to lower the requirement to JVM1.3.
