Electron Flow toolbar templates not accessible in Marvin 5?

Back in MarvinSketch 4, I used to be able to add a parameter like the following to get a pair of toolbar buttons added for the equivalent of the "Insert > Electron Flow" items.

msketch_param("xtmpls", "chemaxon/marvin/templates/eflow.mrv");

However, with the upgrade to MarvinSketch 5, this parameter does not seem to work anymore. With some experimentation, I wonder if this has something to do with the fact that the "eflow.mrv" template is the only one which is a .mrv file as opposed to all the rest which are .t files.

Hi,

thank you for reporting this problem.

It is not related to the extension, it is not only the .t extansion that can be used.

However the eflow.mrv contains molecules with a bad representation that causes problem. We will fix this.

If it is the electron flow arrows you wish to use, I suggest to use the electron flow actions customized to your toolbar instead if this is suitable for you. Please tell me if you need more details about this.

Kind regards,

Judit
