Import from ISIS/Draw 2.3





I've just downloaded the latest version of MarvinSketch (v5.0.02).





Previously I've used ISIS/Draw (v2.3). This was the last version ISIS made for Mac, it only runs on Mac OS 9 or 'Classic', and it's my last 'Classic' application.





I have a large number of structures drawn with ISIS/Draw, and a smaller number made with ChemDraw.





How may I convert, or import these structures into, or make them usable by MarvinSketch?





I'm using Mac OS X 'Tiger' v10.4.11, and I don't use the CLI or the terminal!

As I know, Isis/Draw and ChemDraw can export either into MDL molfile, RXN and SD file formats. Convert your structures into any format from the aboves.


Marvin can import structures from the above mentioned formats.
