Clear space in Image Rendering

Hi everybody,





I've got just another question regarding image rendering using MarvinBeans 5.0.0.





When a molfile has some Data/S groups the resulting rendered image may only occupy a part of the image. See 033.mol for an example molfile and 033.png for the image.





Why is there so much space left empy? Is it possible to make a better fit and to center the molecule in the image?

Indeed. The data s-group name that is hidden in default (only visible by mouse over on the node) is calculated in the molecule rectangle.


We will fix this issue.

Current Marvin (5.2.5.1) makes a better fit for 033.mol than 5.0.0 by image export.
