Selection Button in Marvin Sketch

Hello all,





I would like to know how the marvin sketch selects some particular atoms when we darg over it and colours it in green and highlights it .and java code how it colours it green in colour and get the information on the higlighted atoms like the atom number etc .





I have attached a file regarding my querry.

To tell the truth, I do not understand exactly what you would like to know?


Why are you interested in the implementation of selection procedure in sketcher?





If you want to make the selection programatically in sketch, you can do this by the MolAtom.setSelected() method. You can find an example in the following topic:
