Printing page in landscape mode introduces an offset to all labels - all atoms are shifted upwards some 1-2 mm, or more, depending on character scale. The same page is displayed correctly on the screen, or when printed in portrait mode.
The problem occurs in last versions of MarvinSketch, linux

I've checked it but I did not found any problem.
Both in landscape and in portrait mode, caffeine displays fine on the printing output (see the attached postscript file).
Can you show a molecule where the printing output is not fine?

Your .ps files are OK. Even the "/DeferredMediaSelection true" tag, which cripple the ghostscript is not present!
So I'm attaching my samples (adenylethanol).

If I draw the given structure (adenylethanol) in MarvinSketch and print it in landscape mode, the output is fine. (Portrait mode is also good.)
See the attached PostScript file.
Can you show me the page setup of printing (media size, margins)? (You can see my settings in the attached screenshot.)
Sending the original molecule (in MRV format) can be also useful.

Everything looks almost the same. Could be Java blamed?
The page settings have no effect on the landscape printing error.
java version "1.6.0_01"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_01-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.6.0_01-b06, mixed mode)
Fedora Core 6

You are right (as you mentioned in the
other postscript topic) the offset issue occurs only in Java 1.6 (only by landscape printing).
We will debug it.
Until then, I recommend you to launch MarvinSketch with a JRE 1.5.x to avoid this issue.
