I tried to clean the following organometallic compound in 3D... but the cleaning fails. If I open the 3D viewer, I see the molecule like in 2D. No 3D cleaning was carried out.
Here´s the "smiles"

Yes, this is a bug, however, you can get a useful structure by using not the default but the "fast" way of Clean3D.
