Hello I'm testing this software for installation in our labs however I can't get the graphicscene plugin and librarymcs plugin license to get accepted.

I go to manage licenses and enter the line provided in the email, I click update licenses and i get the following error message

"Could not set license key for

chemaxon.marin.space.GraphicScene

chemaxon.clustering.libraryMCS"

I downloaded and installed the following versions of software

InstantJChem 1.0.5

JChem 3.2.7

Marvin Beans 4.1.9

any ideas?

Thanks

Ryan

Hello Ryan,

GraphicScene: just skip this line please, because we don't use this license key anymore. (It was sent to you because we used it in earlier versions.)

LibraryMCS: it may be a misspelling, could you try it please with uppercase L, like: chemaxon.clustering.LibraryMCS

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may caused.

Kind regards,

Judit

Thanks for letting me know about the graphicscene plugin no longer being valid.

I tried the LibraryMCS a couple more times in a few different ways and it still would not take it. It gives the same error code as I first stated.

Any other ideas?

Thanks again for your help

Sorry for the silly idea, not sure if you copy or type the licenses, but since every character matters it's worth a try, so

the line you enter should be

"chemaxon.clustering.LibraryMCS=********", without any whitespaces,

and the first letter of the key is a lowercase 'l', not a number '1'.

The new easier licensing mechanism will be available soon!

ah what a stupid mistake I made, i thought it was a one, not a lowercase L

that worked now thank you for your help!
