copying bug with latest marvin

if you have this reaction in an MSketchPane





CN.CC(O)=O>>CNC(C)=O





and select the CN using the select tool and then copy as smiles (or just copy) then you get this





CN.>>





the extra "." screws things up when pasting into another MSketchPane window. we would prefer the arrow not copy either if you are just selecting one part of the reaction.

I've not managed to reproduce this issue with the latest Marvin (4.1.8). I've selected the first fragment from the reagents (CN) by manually. After copy/paste, I've got "CN", not "CN.>>".

I've attached an example which shows it - run the example and select the first reactant and copy as smiles to see the issue

Thank you, now I see. Apparently not removing the empty components when copying, will fix it ASAP.

Fixed by now.
