Marvin Sketch: element sphere colors

In ball & sphere mode: hydrogen ball set to white still looks pretty gray relative to the "black" carbon ball. Any way to lighten the look?

Although you can not change the default color palette but you define atom sets and configure theirs colors, just see the following example and change the display mode to "ball&stick".

Thus, if you put all hydrogens to the same group you can specify a color for them.

You can also color atoms from GUI: see "Format Structure" option (that is available both from the "Edit" and from the popup menu).
