Hi, It's been long time. Hope everything is okay for you.
We've opened our website to public, come and see how marvin space is working.
One concern that I have today is that the default electrostatic potential color scheme is opposite with the conventional one.
MarvinSpace's default color scheme is "Red to Blue". I know how to change it, "blue to red" and it works, basically. However, problem is the dynamics surface coloring component. Though the color is changed to blue to red, blue slider still tries to change the negative part, and red slider tries to change the positive part.
Consequently, if I move red slider, blue region shrinks and vice versa.
Hope you can either change default color scheme for electrostatic potential surface or fix the dynamics surface coloring component.
Thanks,
Sunhwan
