Integration of Marvin with iBabel

Hi


I am not able to integrate Marvin with iBabel. Marvin is the Public folder but when i use the viewer to see the structures the Marvin applet is not loaded. I had changed to Marvin editor in the preference of iBabel but it still does not work.


Anyone has any idea that would be great.

I am not too familiar with iBabel. But I am afraid you need Marvin Beans not Marvin Applets package. Marvin Applets run only in web browser (encapsulating in html pages). This package is recommended for web developers.


In Marvin Beans package, there are standalone applications (MarvinSketch, MarvinView, etc.) and GUI components (MSketchPane, MViewPane) to integrate the functionality of the sketcher and the viewer into custom applications/codes.
