filtering marvin display by field values

Hello all,


I am using the web scripts to run JChem for my structure searches and viewing the results using the Marvin interface. Is there a way for me to filter the results displayed in marvin by the fields displayed in the applet. I have seen examples of Javascript used in the examples where button events are used to call molecules in the viewer. I am looking to have a similar HTML element that can change the molecules in the viewer based on the field property value.
