Hello,
After saving the image in the PDF format using stand-alone msketch 4.1.3 under Linux and opening the pdf file in Adobe reader I only see the blank page. The file is not empty however. It has size near 40 kb.

Have you managed to create a visible PDF from any molecule?
If you draw only a cyclohexane, it is visible or not? Can you send me a structure when this bug occurs?
I have not managed to reproduce it. I know that the PDF export is not perfect. But I did not meet with this bug.
Which Java version do you use?
Can you display the PDF with other PDF viewers?
I use Gnome PDF Viewer 2.10 (under Ubuntu) to watch structure images.

This structure works fine for me. I could display the generated PDF with gpdf.
Which version of Acrobat Reader do you use?

I use Adobe Acrobat 7.0. But also I could not see anything in Kpdf and Kghostview (under Mandriva 2007)

Indeed, the attached PDF is a blank page.
It may be a Linux distribution specific bug in the
VectorGraphics API because PDF export was successful under both Ubuntu and Fedora (with various Java versions).
We plan to evaluate the new version of the API to upgrade it in Marvin. I hope that this bug does not exist in the new version.
