IE crashes with R6025 runtime error

We are using MarvinSketch 4.0.6 and MarvinView 4.0.6 in our web application. Nowadays the IE crashes many times a day during the loading of the web page with the following error: Runtime Error! R6025 pure virtual function call. These pages contain either MarvinView or MarvinSketch. It happened ones or twice a week in the past, but now it is very embarrassing because sometimes it occurs more then 10 times a day. I think it is related to IE because we've never experienced in FireFox.


We couldn't reproduce it intentionally.

We have never met with this kind of error in IE.


Is there any message on the Java console? Which Java version do you use?


I suggest to update to the latest Marvin (4.1.2). There are several improvement and a lot of bug fixes since Marvin 4.0.x series. Probably, it solves the problem.
