clean and save as a molfile

We're using MarvinBeans version 4.1.1.


Attached is a mol file that we're testing with.


We opened the attached molfile in MSketchPane. Then


we use the clean 2D functionality on the Edit menu to clean up the structure so that the cycle is drawn nicely. Then we save this structure as a mol file and also as an extended molfile. But when we open the saved files in MSketchPane again, the cycle in the structure is not drawn in a nice way anymore. Shouldn't MSketchPane have displayed the cleaned cycle structure instead? Are the coordinates for the cycle saved in the mol file?

At the moment only the expanded coordinates are stored in the molfile,


which is not enough in this case to retrieve back the cleaned cycle structure.


We will solve this problem. In the meantime, you can use the mrv format, which works correctly.
