bicyclic templates

I happened to use one of your bicyclic templates today, and I discovered that they are all two-dimensional. You should make them three-dimensional.

Well, it just takes time to enter them, I did already with some of the templates. I will make a todo task so it will not be forgotten.

We need to support both the 2D and the 3D versions. We will find out the best way of the 3D template integration into the user interface. Thanks for the idea, Bob!
