hi chemaxon team,
our application is creating molfiles based on calculated molecule transformations. these do not always look nice, nevertheless we have to display these structures un-cleaned.
some time ago we observed oom errors in our service caused by marvin beans. we could track the problem down to the molecule that was causing this problem. i can not share the original molfile, but attached is a small substructure that also shows the same rendering problems in marvin sketch like the the original one.
when this molfile is opened in MarvinSketch (16.11.14) just the atom labels are shown. no bonds. by changing he zoom level the bonds become visible. if they are displayed depends on the zoom level.
would be good to have this fixed in marvin beans.
