generate a sdfile with a list of compound name

Hi 

i have a list  of compound name and i would like generate the sdfile of structure.

is it possible with cxcalc for example?

 

compound name examples : 

resorcinol,  1H-pyrazole   Thanks Kiet

Hi Kiet,

you should try out molconvert . 

For instance if you have a file, named molecules in your workspace folder with this content:

resorcinol
1H-pyrazole

then the following command

molconvert sdf ~/workspace/molecules -o ~/workspace/molecules.sdf

will produce the attached result.
