How to Change Wireframe Thickness and Atom Size

I've just updated to the latest version of MarvinSketch and there doesn't seem to be any option to change the wireframe thickness or atom size under Edit>Preferences. I'm using the Mac OS X version. Can anyone help me out?

Hello,

You can change those parameters locally by using the Format menu item in context menu  and globally by going to File/Document Style/Settings.
